Meet Khushi

Chef Khushi Lalwani is the baker behind BakeHaus, a 100% eggless cloud kitchen in Jalgaon.

Khushi trained in pastry at Lavonne Academy and holds a City & Guilds, London qualification. She brought that training home to Jalgaon to build a kitchen where eggless never means settling: celebration and wedding cakes, cookie tins, international breads, bulk desserts and grazing tables, all baked from scratch.

Every order at BakeHaus is made fresh for its date. No preservatives, no shortcuts. Just premium ingredients, careful technique and a lot of care in every bake.
